All hatching eggs collected the day before and day of shipment unless otherwise specified to ensure freshness and best hatch rates.

We have a guaranteed 50% hatch rate on shipped eggs if unpacked, stored pointy side down for 24 hours and then promptly place in correctly set incubator. Hatch rates typically depend on buyer handling and incubating.

However, in good faith, if a package is lost, damaged or no eggs hatch, I will send a replacement for free. Please email us a picture and description of what happened including incubation or buyer error so we can help troubleshoot and correct.
